We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment — no questions asked. Simply email support@letscribe.io with your request.

Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • This is your first payment on the plan (not a renewal)
  • The refund request is made within 7 calendar days of payment
  • You have not previously received a refund on any LetScribe plan

Renewals

Renewal charges are not refundable. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You'll retain access until the end of the current period.

Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund within 7 days of the initial payment. After 7 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you may cancel to stop future renewals.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@letscribe.io with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include the email address associated with your account
  3. Briefly describe the reason (optional but helps us improve)

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once processed.

Free Plan

The free plan does not involve payment, so no refund is applicable. Free plan credits reset daily and cannot be carried over.
